Leaning on 45 years of experience in commercial life and running my own business, I offer your enterprise the chance to step back and check how smoothly things are running.The MOT comprises of a series of interviews with key stakeholders, leading to a one day workshop that takes a candid look and what’s working well, would could do with a repair and what possibly could do with replacing.

Built to Last Workshops : The business fundamentals to protector to evolve

  

The workshop is inspired by ‘Built To Last’, the international best-seller by Collins & Porter, designed around a ‘clock face’ framework of 12 commercial fundamentals to help business leaders distinguish between the core fundamentals of their business that must be maintained and protected and those parts that must evolve, stimulate change and drive innovation. I’ve run these workshops for a wide range of Clients: from large UK FMCG food manufacturers, multinational snackfood giants and a pharamceuticlal business in India, to smaller UK business including motoring schools, horseracing courses, boutique interior design studios and a vintage fashion online retailer. My experience as a writer and occasional stand up comedian , ensures that these workshops were entertaining, engaging, energising and educational.
